Return Policy

1.Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a refund or exchange at Serenity Stones Jewellery, you must have purchased an item from our collection and provide proof of purchase. Our return policy covers a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items purchased more than 30 days ago. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in no refund or a partial refund.

Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made/customized products
- Gift cards
- Earrings (due to hygiene and health considerations)
- Sale items

2. Return Process:
Upon receiving your return, we will promptly notify you. Within 7 business days, we will inspect the package and its contents, communicating the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund equal to the purchase amount will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. 3. Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Simply send us an email, and we will provide you with the necessary details for returning the items.

4. Shipping:
To initiate a return, email us at serenity@amfahhgroup.com for the return address. You are responsible for the shipping fees for return items, and these costs will not be refunded. If your order had shipping charges, these will be deducted from your refund. For items over $50, consider using a track & trace number or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.
