Order Processing
All moissanite engagement ring orders are handled with care and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive confirmation when your ethical, conflict-free jewellery has been dispatched.

Tracking information is provided so you can follow your sustainable moissanite or gemstone delivery every step of the way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to initialize. 

Address Changes
To update your shipping address for your fine moissanite jewellery order, please contact us prior to shipment at serenity@amfahhgroup.com.We'll try to redirect your package, but cannot guarantee changes once sent.

Delivery Times and Costs
We're pleased to offer free insured shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand on your moissanite ring or diamond alternative jewellery order.

Canada	14-22 days
UK/Europe	14-22 days

Shipments typically arrive within 15 business days of dispatch, though some destinations may take up to 22 days during periods of high order volume.

Lost/Damaged Packages
Please inspect your moissanite jewellery shipments upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours regarding any missing or damaged sustainable engagement ring items. We'll launch an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges
Unused, undamaged moissanite and gemstone jewellery can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping.

We accept warranty claims up to 60 days from receipt and reimburse return shipping costs if approved. See full policies.
